Μέσα από προσωπικές σκέψεις, μιλάω για την ψεύτικη λάμψη, την ανάγκη αναγνώρισης, την εικονική ζωή και τη στιγμή που αρχίζεις να ζητάς ξανά κάτι αληθινό.
Όχι ως ρόλο. Όχι ως επίδειξη. Και όχι ως υπερβολή.
Μια εσωτερική διαδρομή από την ανάγκη αποδοχής προς μια πιο ήσυχη μορφή ελευθερίας.
Από τη σκιά… προς το φως.

In this special episode, I talk about overexposure and withdrawal.
Why would someone step away from a world that everyone else seems to chase?
Why not want to be part of constant display, image, and artificial attention?
Through personal reflection, I speak about false shine, the hidden need for recognition, virtual living, and that turning point when you begin to want something real again.
Not as a performance. Not as display. Not as excess.
An inner journey from the need for approval towards a quieter form of freedom.
From shadow… towards the light.

1. Opening
You introduce the episode as an exceptional one and set the theme:
overexposure and distance.
2. The Question
Why would someone move away from exposure when others chase publicity and attention?
3. The False Bubble
You describe the world of exaggeration, trend, performance, and the falseness beneath it.
4. The Trap
At first, the bubble is swallowed little by little.
Then it becomes habit.
Then need.
5. The Realisation
You recognise the hidden need for validation underneath it all.
6. The Suffocation
You speak about lack of growth, emotional exhaustion, and how this false habit pulls people in like quicksand.
7. Return to Reality
You want real life again.
You do not want to perform a role.
8. Distance as Clarity
By staying outside, you begin to see more clearly, think before reacting, and analyse before judging.
9. Quiet Freedom
You no longer seek broad approval.
You seek your own acceptance and what is true for you.
10. Closing
A softer ending: fewer people, more essence, less excess, more truth.
