Στο Επεισόδιο 19, μοιράζομαι την προσωπική μου εμπειρία από ένα ταξίδι στην Ουαλία που ξεκίνησε με χαρά, αλλά γρήγορα γέμισε προκλήσεις. Οι υπερβολικές ώρες, η κούραση, οι απογοητεύσεις και μία «κακιά μάγισσα» που έκανε τα πράγματα δυσκολότερα, με δοκίμασαν.

Μέσα όμως σε όλη αυτή τη δυσκολία, βρέθηκαν δύο άνθρωποι – ο Άνταμ και ο Τομ – που στάθηκαν σαν φως στο σκοτάδι. Με την καλοσύνη, τη στήριξη και τη ζεστασιά τους, μου έδωσαν ένα χαμόγελο εκεί που δεν υπήρχε φως.

Αυτό το επεισόδιο είναι αφιερωμένο σε εκείνους.
Στους φίλους που εμφανίζονται τότε που τους χρειάζεσαι περισσότερο.
Στην αγάπη που δεν είναι ερωτική, αλλά βαθιά ανθρώπινη.

In Episode 19, I share my personal experience from a trip to Wales that began with excitement but quickly filled with challenges. Long hours, exhaustion, disappointment, and a “wicked witch” who made things even harder pushed me to my limits.

But in the middle of that storm, two people appeared – Adam and Tom – who became the light in the darkness. Through kindness, support, and genuine warmth, they helped me smile again when everything felt heavy.

This episode is dedicated to them.
To the friends who appear exactly when you need them the most.
To the love that is not romantic, but deeply human.
To the protection offered generously, with no expectation in return.

Together… is always more beautiful.
