Σε αυτό το επεισόδιο ανοίγω έναν φάκελο γεμάτο λέξεις, σημειώσεις και σκέψεις που είχα γράψει σε χαρτιά, σε σημειωματάρια και σε στιγμές όπου κάτι μέσα μου ζητούσε να βγει προς τα έξω.
Μιλάω για ευγνωμοσύνη, πίστη, αλλαγή, αξία, ενέργεια, φόβο, προσωπική κατεύθυνση και για εκείνες τις φράσεις που γράφουμε κάποτε για να σωθούμε, να θυμηθούμε ή απλώς να κρατηθούμε λίγο πιο όρθιοι.
Το επεισόδιο 49, «Λέξεις και σκέψεις», είναι πιο ωμό, πιο προσωπικό και πιο κοντά στη διαδρομή αυτού του podcast ως ψυχολογικό πείραμα, αλλά και ως αληθινό ταξίδι από το σκοτάδι προς το φως.

In this episode, I open a folder full of words, notes, and thoughts I had written on pieces of paper, in notebooks, and during moments when something inside me needed to come out.
I speak about gratitude, faith, change, value, energy, fear, personal direction, and those phrases we sometimes write in order to survive, remember, or simply keep standing a little longer.
Episode 49, “Words & Thoughts,” is more raw, more personal, and closer to the heart of this podcast as a psychological experiment — but also as a real journey from darkness towards light.

Very personal ending. The experiment, perfectionism, the change over time.
